What you'll learn
We’ve been there. Wearing all the hats. Stretching every dollar and wondering what’s next.
Running a small business is personal.
Your business is your future. Your risk. Your name on the door.
We understand the challenges because we’ve lived them. That’s why we built classes that speak to you directly and deliberately.
Each session delivers practical skills, real-world knowledge, and hands-on activities—built to grow your business
from a spark to a bonfire.

About Ember
Ember is a 6-week, in-person workshop series meeting one Saturday weekly. It’s designed for small business owners ready to grow with structure, accountability, and real-world guidance.
Priority is given to businesses based in the City of Warren, but we welcome applications from serious owners across Trumbull and Mahoning Counties who are ready to do the work.
This isn’t for beginners. Ember is built for those beyond the idea stage — owners who want to strengthen what they’ve already started and grow with intention.
